Dear LUMIX PRO interests and members, please be informed that the provision of the LUMIX PRO Services in the Republic of Ireland will be ceased on 31st January 2022 except for LUMIX PRO members who had registered for LUMIX PRO Membership in the Republic of Ireland until 31st January 2022 at 23:59:59 CET. Registration for LUMIX PRO Membership made after this deadline will not be verified as it will be evaluated as registration from not LUMIX PRO Participating Country. Your valid account of the LUMIX PRO Membership in the Republic of Ireland registered or renewed until 31st January 2022 will not be renewed again but will be accessible and LUMIX PRO Services will be available for the account’s owner until LUMIX PRO Membership’s expiration. The expiry date will not be longer than 1 year from registration or the last renewal of the LUMIX PRO Membership account in the Republic of Ireland and after the expiry date, the LUMIX PRO Membership account will be cancelled. The expiry date can be checked in LUMIX PRO Member’s account, and the latest possible expiry date is 31st January 2023 after which will be the provision of any LUMIX PRO in the Republic of Ireland ceased with no exceptions.

LUMIX PRO Repair and Back-up loan benefit and Other Benefits will be available for each LUMIX PRO Member in the Republic of Ireland until the expiration of their LUMIX PRO Membership and/or cancellation of the LUMIX PRO Membership account.

Other than your product registration details already stored in My Panasonic, Your LUMIX PRO member data will be deleted after the expiry/cancellation of Your LUMIX PRO Membership. Such product information will remain in My Panasonic.

LUMIX PRO is made up of 4 different levels so we can offer a package that matches your requirements.
When registering you will be asked to fill in your personal information and information about the equipment you own. We will use this information to validate your membership when you are booking a service as only equipment that is registered within your profile will be eligible for maintenance and repair benefits from your LUMIX PRO account.

What are the qualifying LUMIX PRO products

How do I become a member

To become a LUMIX PRO member you will need to provide us with some personal information and register your qualifying LUMIX equipment with us.

Once you have provided us with this information you will then be allocated a membership level within the programme and this will dictate the benefits that you will receive as a LUMIX PRO member.

You will be able to register free of charge until 31st January 2022 and your service level relates directly to the equipment you register *Terms & Conditions apply.
