Dear LUMIX PRO interests and members, please be informed that from the 15th February 2022, LUMIX PRO SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM Membership Levels will become a paid service. Services associated to each Membership Level will not change. For more information on services and fees, please see below in the overview. LUMIX PRO RED Membership Level will continue to be free of charge.

If you already have a free Membership with us with Level SILVER, GOLD or PLATINUM, you will still enjoy this free Membership Level until its expiry date. Shortly before the expiration date we will contact you via email so you can choose make the payment to continue with your Membership Level, or be moved to RED Membership Level.

LUMIX PRO is a specially tailored service programme, for all levels of visual creatives that ensures your gear is ready to go when you need it.

How do membership levels work

LUMIX PRO is made up of 4 different levels so we can offer a package that matches your requirements.
Your Membership Level and associated membership fee are assigned based on the number of your LUMIX PRO qualifying equipment at the time you register.
We will use the information in your account to validate your membership when you are booking a service, as only equipment that is registered within your account will be eligible for maintenance and repair benefits from your LUMIX PRO Membership.
You will be able to claim LUMIX PRO benefits under your LUMIX PRO Membership Level starting the 15th day after conclusion of the respective LUMIX PRO Membership contract.

With only a requirement to own 1 LUMIX camera and 1 lens, it enables you to keep in touch with everything that is going on with LUMIX PRO. It provides you with access to faster turn-around times than a non-LUMIX PRO member, to ensure you get back up and shooting as quickly as possible should the worst happen and you damage your gear.

Designed for Visual creatives who are taking the next step in their creative journey and having invested in a greater array of lenses, desire a different level of service. With a requirement of 1 LUMIX body and 3 lenses to qualify you will have access to Loan equipment should we not be able to repair or service your equipment within the allotted turnaround time. You will also have access to the benefits programme, including discounts from some of the biggest names in the industry.

With a requirement of being able to register 2 LUMIX bodies and 3 lenses, you will have access to an improved portfolio of products and services to aid your professional workflow. The 3-day turn-around time on repairs and service, means that you can get back in the field shooting quickly. If for any reason we cannot manage this then we will ship loan gear to you free of charge.

What are the qualifying LUMIX PRO products

How do I become a member

To become a LUMIX PRO member you will need to provide us with some personal information and register your qualifying LUMIX equipment with us.

Once you have provided us with this information, you will then be allocated a Membership Level within the programme based on the equipment you register.

Depending on your assigned Membership Level, you will receive an email to start the payment for your assigned LUMIX PRO Membership Level. Please make sure to complete this until the expiry date, otherwise we will automatically move your account to RED Membership Level. However, you can start the payment later at any time via your LUMIX PRO account. As soon as your order and your payment are accepted, your contract for the respective LUMIX PRO Membership Level starts.
