Campaign conditions "LUMIX PRO Promotion".

Organizer

The organizer of the "LUMIX PRO Promotion" campaign (hereinafter “Campaign”) is Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH with its registered office at Hagenauer Strasse 43, 65203 Wiesbaden (hereinafter "we" or “Promoter”).
2.

Guarantee extension

Campaign Period (Purchasing Period): 01.08.2022-15.12.2022
Claim Period (Registration Period): 15.08.2022-15.12.2022

Participating countries: Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden.

Promotional Product: described in Annex 1*. All Promotional Products must be new and genuine Panasonic products. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned products, and products imported from outside the Participating Countries or products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Panasonic group of Companies in any way will not qualify for this Campaign. The claim will be rejected for any other third-party reseller on the Amazon Marketplace platform. The Promoter will not accept claims against products purchased from eBay (whether listed as new or used). For the avoidance of doubt, this shall mean that these products will not be eligible for registration and will not benefit from any of the benefits of the Campaign

1 Year LUMIX PRO RED membership for participants owning just one LUMIX PRO eligible camera body

Campaign Period (Purchasing Period): before 15.12.2022
Claim Period (Registration Period): 15.08.2022-15.12.2022

Participating countries: Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden.

Promotional Product: all LUMIX PRO camera models listed on www.lumix-pro.com
All products imported from outside the Participating Countries or products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Panasonic group of Companies in any way will not qualify for this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall mean that these products will not be eligible for registration and will not benefit from any of the benefits of the Campaign and the one year free of charge LUMIX PRO RED membership provided under LUMIX PRO.
4.

Conditions of LUMIX PRO Promotions described in clause 2 and 3

The guarantee extension of 2 years* for the respective product described in Annex 1, hereinafter “Promotional Product”) which is part of the Campaign will be extended by 2 additional years free of charge if you purchase a Promotional Product - in the Campaign Period from 01.08.2022 to 31.03.2023 at any of Panasonic authorized retailers - and register the Promotional Product from 15.08.2022 to 31.03.2023 in accordance with these Campaign conditions on our Campaign page at: www.lumix-pro.com

Participants owning only one LUMIX PRO eligible camera body for products listed in LUMIX PRO website : www.lumix-pro.com are eligible to register for 1 year of LUMIX PRO RED Membership Level If you purchased or purchase an eligible LUMIX camera before 31.03.2023 at any of Panasonic authorized retailers - and register the Promotional Product from 15.08.2022 to 31.03.2023 in accordance with these Campaign conditions on our Campaign page at: www.lumix-pro.com. For more information on the LUMIX PRO RED Membership Level, please refer to https://www.lumixpro.panasonic.com/se/anvandningsvillkor/

To register, simply create your LUMIX PRO account. If you already have a LUMIX PRO account then please add the new purchased Promotional Products to your product registration.

Then register your Promotional Product by providing the following mandatory information:

1) Where was the Promotional Product purchased?
2) Date of purchase
3) Model number of the Promotional Product
4) Serial number of the Promotional Product
5) Upload invoice/receipt of purchase.

The promotional offer described in clause 2 or 3 will only be granted if you register within the Campaign Period and provide mandatory details mentioned above at www.lumix-pro.com. Once you have registered, you will receive an email for each Promotional Product registered, where you can download your guarantee extension certificate. It will serve as proof of your registration within the Campaign Period in the event of a guarantee claim.
In the event of a guarantee claim, the guarantee extension certificate and the original purchase receipt with the current invoice number and VAT shown must be presented in order to obtain guarantee service. If the above-mentioned and your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, the guarantee extension will not be granted.
The Promoter will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind, to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs the participant to enter in the Campaign as far as the Promoter is not responsible for it. Registrations made by fax, telephone, email or post will not be accepted. Illegible, altered or incomplete registrations or such registrations which are not compliant with these Campaign conditions will be deemed void. If you purchase a kit (camera body and kit lens) For Eg: DC-S5KE-K please register your kit (containing body and lens) together simultaneously under DC-S5KE-K and not as two single registrations (e. g. body only and lens only). Separate registrations will not be accepted.
5.

LUMIX PRO membership

When purchasing a Promotional Product in the Campaign Period at any of our authorized retailer, registering the Promotional Product within Claim Period at the LUMIX PRO webpage www.lumix-pro.com providing the mandatory information stated in clause 2. of these Campaign conditions and complying with these Campaign conditions, you are also eligible for 1 year LUMIX PRO RED membership.

Once registration has been validated by the Promoter you will receive all of the benefits available to full LUMIX PRO RED Club members, as listed on www.lumix-pro.com for a period of 1 year from registration including the relevant benefits allocated to each level of membership. #

You will have a 14 day´s withdrawal right for carrying on the membership at the existing membership level. More information is available at www.lumix-pro.com.

Upon submission of your online registration, you will be updated as to your membership level and a unique membership number will be allocated to you and a welcome pack will be distributed, the membership number and welcome pack will be required to redeem the services relevant to the RED membership level. For further information please refer to the FAQ’s at www.lumix-pro.com.

The Promoter will not process a registration application if the correct information has not been provided during the Campaign Period, a membership level has already been allocated to you and the registration has already been validated.

You will receive your welcome pack via mail including your membership card within 6 weeks from the date of registering at LUMIX PRO. Registrations made before or after Claim Period will not be eligible for this Campaign.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all registrations to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive registrations including, without limitation, to require the participant to prove that the participant did not return the Promotional Product within the period of 28 days from the date of registration. Registrations, if the Promotional Product(s) have been returned, bad faith or fraudulent registrations that otherwise do not meet these Campaign conditions will be invalidated and the membership obtained through this Campaign will be annulled.

Data protection

As controller, the Promoter collects personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable local law. The data will not be transferred to third parties for independent processing. After the end of the Campaign, the data will be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation on the part of Panasonic to retain the data until the expiry of a retention period. In this case, the data will be blocked and only deleted after the retention period has expired.
In addition to Panasonic, the data is collected by companies within the EU / EEA, which process it on behalf of and strictly bound by Panasonic's instructions (commissioned data processing) for the purpose of carrying out the Campaign and troubleshooting.

The data collected includes: Salutation, first and last name, postal address, country of residence, email address, the participating product, date and place of purchase. Purpose of data collection: The collection, processing and storage of data is solely for the purpose of carrying out the promotion or for direct marketing, provided that the Participant has consented to this. If the Participant has consented to direct marketing, the above types of data will also be collected, processed and stored for this purpose.

Miscellaneous

“The guarantee extension” and “the 1-year free LUMIX PRO RED membership when you have just one LUMIX PRO eligible camera body” offered under this Campaign are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there is no cash or credit alternative available.

By participating in this Campaign, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these Campaign conditions as well as LUMIX PRO terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Campaign conditions at any time and to amend or withdraw this Campaign at any time.

These Campaign conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Germany, to the exclusion of international conflict law, in particular the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. However, mandatory local law provisions of the state in which the habitual residence or registered office of the Participant is situated remain unaffected and will prevail in case of a conflict with German law provisions. The courts of Wiesbaden, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claims arising out of this Promotion or in connection to it.
10.

Ineffectiveness of individual clauses

Should any clause of these Campaign conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining Campaign conditions shall remain unaffected.
